Returns policy

At Beautiful Skincare we want you to be happy with your natural beauty purchase, so our refund policy lasts 30 days . If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If you have purchased an item from a stockist, please refer to their store policies and contact them directly.

If you have received the incorrect product with your Karinda online purchase or it arrives damaged, simply return the unused product within 30 days and we will gladly issue a refund/exchange. Returned products must be received unopened/unused and in resalable condition.

Prior to returning your item(s), please email us your order number and the reason for your return request.

We're sorry; return shipping fees are not refundable.

Your return or exchange request will be processed promptly. Most returns will be processed within 7 business days of receipt.

Once received we will send an email confirming the receipt and processing of your return or exchange request.
